Mentone Flying Club Past Aircraft

“The purpose of the Mentone Flying Club, Inc. shall be to provide for its members a convenient means for safe private pilot recreational and pleasure flying at a minimum expense.”  To accomplish this, the club has always strived to provide for our members, the best aircraft available at the minimum cost possible.  In order to do this the club has owned several different amazing aircraft.  The types of aircraft have ranged from our first aircraft, a VFR only Aeronca Champ, to the high performance IFR certified Piper Cherokee Six.  Below is a list of the majority of the aircraft the club has owned.  The club, at its height, owned 7 different aircraft from June 1988 till September 1988.

If any member (or non-member) has any pictures of any of the aircraft listed below, it would be greatly appreciated if they could submit their photos and stories to the website administration.
