| The second 172 purchased after the move to Rochester. It was bought in Feb of 1983. This plane always seemed to have some kind of problem. Then on one of the worst days of the clubs history, 164 was stollen by a club member and taken to Mexico to be used for drug running. The FBI later cought the thives and impounded our airplane. We fought for several years trying to recover it, but to our dismay found out that it had been chopped up and sold as parts by the FBI. Needless to say, the club lost out and big brother got the loot. |
