Our member spotlight this week is club member, Dave Miller! “Hi, I'm Dave Miller I've been an owner member since 2002!

I hold a private pilot ticket with a high-performance endorsement. 330 hrs total.
My daddy said when I was 1.5 yrs old sitting in a stroller in the yard and saw a airplane fly overhead, I pointed up at it and made noises. So yeah...I started young!! I've been in transportation all my life. Via trucking. Flying is just a hobby and a way to travel. I do have an interest in becoming a A&P mechanic.
King Aero Aviation Services did hire me to began my training, then I discovered that I could attend Ivy Tech at Smith Field in Ft Wayne and become a Certified A&P in two years!
That's a lot quicker than learning hands on, Marty King said. I'm planning on going to Ivy Tech in the Fall of 2021.

Ten-year-old Asher was born in Morroco, lives in Colorado and joined the Young Eagles there, and got to go up for a discovery flight with us today while visiting family. He’s already reading the Pilot’s Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge and says he wants to be a test pilot 😁👍🏻 #iflymfc #discoveryflight #youngeagle #pilots
